Where is the youth?
A defining feature of smart cities is the ability of the component systems to interoperate each other and the incorporation of technology in as many decision-making processes as possible. But the question we address here is, what is the roll of the youth in making those processes effective city and what are the job opportunities young people need to find?
Every city needs to have a serious policy to involve the youth into the development of the city’s vision, smartness and job market.

¿Por qué importa?
Los ataques ya no solo afectan a empresas tecnológicas. Microsoft reporta que la mayoría de los ataques observados son motivados por fines económicos; en sus incidentes con motivación identificada, el robo de datos representó 37%, la extorsión 33% y ransomware/destrucción 19%. Verizon además reporta que el uso de credenciales comprometidas fue vector inicial en 22% de las brechas analizadas.

He has worked for the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) supporting the early stage of the Nuclear Knowledge Management Initiative in the Nuclear Safety and Security Coordination Section within the NS Department. Ramiro has worked for United Nations Office at Vienna (part of UNDC) in the Procurement Section. He was also Project Manager at the Austrian Economics Center taking over IT and International projects.
