We are an institute made of a multicultural team, which, just as our Smart Cities approach, is rich in diversity, professionalism and a clear vision. We are citizens, practitioners interested in improving people’s lives by facilitating the construction of a smarter environment good for everyone.

We bring together several years of experience in several branches that cover a comprenhensive approach of how to build smart cities.

He is also founding Director of the World Youth Academy. He holds an Industrial Engineering diploma as well as an MBA. He has worked for the UN Vienna, the Austrian Economics Center, the International Atomic Energy Agency and the Austrian Institute for European and Security Policy.

Manuel Echiburú is an Industrial Civil Engineer, Master in quality, environment and safety systems. He has extensive experience in implementation of management systems, optimization of production processes and management control in more than 85 companies.
